Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Itd Automation EMT200-3R6-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jokab products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jrc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Kannetsu product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jokab such as the PLUTOB46V2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7PCJ0062C manufactured by Jrc and we are pleased to be able to service most Jrc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 30397212 by Manufacturer Kannetsu as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Kawasaki Brand 508071722 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Johnson-Controls such as D4732 equipment made by Johnson-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Johnson-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Johnson-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available KD2300 made by Kaman as well as the popular E867729OAO original spares produced by Juki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VPVL300 by Jamesbury and D4732 spares by Johnson-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PE202T11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Jlem.
